She manages a homeless hostel for families and in her spare time, when she is not scribbling down poetry to languish in her kitchen draws, she is foraging for ingredients to turn into beautiful home-made wine or her favourite Elder-flower Champagne. Regular trips to the wild Devon and Cornwall coast to revel in the sea, have always inspired her. So she is taking the sea foam plunge and trying now in dipping her toes in the frigid waters by sharing her poetry (and some iphone photography) with those other than family.
